the representative delegation of the French Red Cross CRF for the Caribbean region based in Guadeloupe as well as its operational mechanism for humanitarian action and regional cooperation PIRAC helps the populations of the Caribbean during all major disasters and works to develop actions to strengthen the resilience capacities of populations in France as well as in the countries of the Caribbean arc and the Guiana plateau 2 THE FOK NOU PAR PROJECT Since 2019 PIRAC has been developing tools to raise awareness of natural risks and good behaviour to strengthen the culture of risk in the French West Indies Since the beginning of 2026 a project called Fok Nou Par funded by the Department of the Environment Planning and Housing DEAL aims to develop the population s risk culture to be better prepared to react to major risks and climate change by promoting appropriate behavior through playful and participatory educational approaches This project has two outcomes R1 Pupils in cycle 3 of schools located in the CACEM s priority education zone are made aware of the protection measures in the face of the risks affecting the territories by trained and equipped teachers A2 Risk reduction actors are actively collaborating in the realization of the project so that education and prevention of natural risks for the Martinican population is a priority for the territory The project targets the Martinican population with a focus on primary school students CM1 and CM2 as well as middle school students in the 6th grade Although the project is aimed more specifically at the school public it is ultimately the entire population all communities combined that is targeted by this project The service is part of the second result of the Fok Nou Par project which aims to design and produce educational tools to raise public awareness of major natural hazards in Martinique 3 OBJECTIVES OF THE SERVICE a The objective of this service is to design two educational tools a board game called Risk P yi Matinik and a paper casserole dish based on existing games developed in Guadeloupe These tools are intended to raise awareness among the target audiences of the main natural hazards present in Martinique as well as the behaviors to adopt before during and after a disaster through a participational fun and educational approach promoting learning through play ensuring that the youngest audiences are captivated and that prevention messages are memorized These games should make it possible to to facilitate the understanding of the natural hazards present on the territory of Martinique to promote the appropriation of the actions to be adopted before during and after a disaster to offer an attractive and mobilizable animation support during awareness raising actions b Target audiences for the service The Risk P yi Matinik edutainment kit and the paper casserole are intended primarily for the general public Children from the age of 7 General public including all the following age groups children teenagers young adults adults seniors Although they are designed to be used with the entire population Risk P yi Matinik and the paper casserole will have to be particularly adapted to encourage the engagement of children and teenagers while remaining fully mobilized during awareness raising stands educational activities events for the general public and actions carried out by PIRAC in conjunction with the Territorial Delegation of the French Red Cross in Martinique and its partners in Martinique c Description of the service During the performance it will be asked to design an edutainment game Risk P yi Matinik and a paper casserole based on the adaptation of the educational tools developed in Guadeloupe as part of the Par pa Par program The content will be provided by the French Red Cross on the basis of adaptation work carried out with the support of technical and educational partners in Martinique The service will focus on the main natural risks present on the Martinique territory in particular the earthquake the tsunami the hurricane flooding ground movements volcanic eruption lahar climate change The service must take into account the specificities of natural hazards in Martinique the institutional standards in force ORSEC plan M t o France vigilance PPRN DDRM DICRIM local geographical social and cultural realities the coherence of prevention messages at the territorial level the educational requirements to offer an accessible attractive and non anxiety provoking tool capable of capturing the attention of the must be adapted to the XL format and to a large format print and designed for repeated use during group activities The materials must comply with the graphic charter of the French Red Cross the Fok
